Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- During new launches, sales, and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Bows & Pearls Boutique is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Bows & Pearls Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
